All artwork, audio, code, word lists, and other content in the game belong to Farren Technology Group, Inc and may not be copied, extracted, resold, or redistributed.
Purchases of the game are processed entirely by Roku through your Roku account and are subject to Roku's own store terms, billing practices, and refund policies. We never see or store your payment information.
The game is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it fun and bug-free but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Farren Technology Group, Inc is not liable for any damages arising from use of the game. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the game.
The game contains cartoon peril: a stick figure in escalating distress, comedic explosions, and a small dog with imperfect manners. No stick figures are permanently harmed; losses may be reversed by pressing Play Again.
We may update the game and these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
